Clients and properties all have different requirements and therefore we think you should have a service that is flexible. We have built relationships with four of the best Home Information Pack providers which means that whatever your requirements, one of our providers will have a solution.

• Openbook

  Openbook say they wrote the book on HIPS and we believe them Openbook pioneered the HIP and have delivered their version of a HIP for over 10 years. We are pleased to be able to offer their HIP solution through our established relationship with them.

• Hip2go

  Hip2go provide a number of very useful products, such as their New Build Hips platform, making it easy for developers to obtain HIPs. Hip2go are working closing with DEAs and driving technological changes through the HIP industry.

• The HIP Alliance

  The HIP Alliance is made up by a number of local network members who provide the various HIP components. You choose which members you would like to provide the components. Local members provide you with local knowledge and local skill.

• HIPsUK

  HipsUK are new to the market, bringing a fresh, dynamic element to the provision of HIPs. Backed by a team of conveyancers they can provide the full package for you and your clients.
