Moving from residential letting to residential sales required a property management software system that could be simply adapted and integrated into our current system. We had the forerunner of the Powl ™ system which worked magnificently and we were delighted when we realised that we could switch very easily to the residential sales system without any fuss.

The new system was quicker, simpler and just superior for lettings and very, very easy for us to use for residential sales. Not only did the system work seamlessly, but all of our queries (no matter how basic) were handled professionally and quickly, nothing was too much trouble - great customer service!
