Saving time

Like many agents, I use a number of portal feeds and I was really struggling to maintain the quality of the properties I was feeding to these portals because (a) I didn’t have the time and (b) their systems were not that user friendly so not only did I have to upload to each system over and over again, more often than not it was a tortuous process.

The Property Owl system is so easy to use I love it. Not only can I upload one property is half the time I used to take, but - here is the genius for me – I tell the system which portals I use and it does it all for me. Yes, it uploads to all the portals and I only have to upload once.

My time has been reduced by at least 70% which is a phenomenal saving for me and the difference between selling/renting two properties per fortnight.

Home Information Packs

As a small agent the introduction of HIPs was more of an additional inconvenience for my business. I am behind the principle, but in reality it creates more work for me.

Property Owl to the rescue. I now just click the button that says, ‘order HIP’ and I don’t have to worry about it anymore. The selling client is kept up to speed by Property Owls HIP providers (the client can choose from four of the best) and I am notified when it is ready. It really is as simple as that.

I would say to all small independent estate agents that getting a good system that is designed with you and looks after you should be one of the first tasks you undertake and I have experienced nothing better than Property Owl.
