What is Property Owl?

We provide estate agents, commercial property agents, surveyors and all property professionals with a management service that allows them to easily manage their property portfolios.

We are also a property search portal. We aim to deliver quality traffic to our estate agent clients whilst providing an easy to use search facility for people to find property.

What we are not

Property Owl is not an estate agent, mortgage provider, financial adviser. We provide estate agents with a management solution and provide users with a property search portal.

Our idea

Let’s just make life easy. We knew that estate agents found life hard with their current systems. Software solutions had merged with marketing systems and somewhere the fundamentals of what estate agents do and need was forgotten. The basics had disappeared. We also felt this reflected on user experience with over complicated systems.

Who we are

We are a small team of techs, internet entrepreneurs, and retired estate agents with a passion for creating a simplistic tool that makes life easy for both estate agent and user alike.

The name Property Owl came about when we were sat in a pub thinking of a name when someone looked up and asked why you would have a plastic owl on a window ledge. One bright spark realised that it was to keep away the pigeons and there it was Property Pigeon was born, but this didn’t really sound that great so Property Owl seemed apt. We then spent the next few hours searching for owls and realised this was a very wise choice!! The best ideas always seem to happen in the pub.
